Members

A member is one end customer of the merchant. Creating one also opens an account for every asset that exists at that moment, so a balance exists in every currency straight away.

When an asset is added to the platform later, an account for it is opened for existing members automatically, in the background. So in the steady state a member holds an account in every asset — a newly added asset is the one case where an account may not be there yet, which is what a 2058 on a transfer reports.

A member is addressed by a numeric id in the path. The member list is paginated; the single-member read returns the member together with its accounts.
